Appoinment Policy

No extra guests are allowed in the studio. (This includes children, parents, significant others, etc.)

As a lash health focused studio, your lash artist will NOT apply a length or fullness that could cause stress or damage to your natural lashes.

Each clients natural lashes will be examined before the start of their appointment. During this examination, your artist will determine the safe length and fullness that is able to be applied to your natural lashes.Please keep in mind your lash artist may say “no” if the length or fullness that you are requesting will cause stress or breakage of your natural lashes.

NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICE PERIOD

Cancelations Policy

If you MUST cancel/reschedule, for any reason, it MUST be 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or you will be charged 70% of your total service amount

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be canceled and you will be charged 70% of your total service amount

LASH FILL

I do NOT fill other artists work.

LASH FILL POLICY

*To receive a complete fill in(where all of your lashes are filled), I recommend a fill every 2-3 weeks, and to have 50% of your extensions remaining at the time of service. Anything less and you risk not receiving a complete fill.*

Emergency Fix Policy:
On the rare occasion there is an issue with your lash extensions, I have created a emergency Fix Policy.

If you have excessive fallout, it MUST be reported to me within 24 hours (the Fix Period) of your previous appointment to even be considered for a discounted or free fix. While a discounted or free fix is not guaranteed, each report will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

If I make the decision to offer a discounted or free fix, you MUST schedule that appointment within 7 days of your previous appointment or you will not receive the discounted or free fix. You will have to pay full price for whatever service you choose.

Anything after the 24 hour fix period will NOT receive any sort of discount or free fix.
