Preperation and Aftercare

Preperation 

- Avoid caffeine before your appointment. It can cause the jitters, and I want you to be as relaxed as possible during the application process.

- Avoid lotion, coconut oil, sunscreen, mascara, makeup, foundation, glue on fake lashes, and a fresh spray tan on your lashes before your appointment. Oil and other residue will stick to your lashes(if not cleaned properly) and will cause the extensions to fall out VERY QUICKLY. Clean lashes No Makeup at all,be preapred to stay the time it says your appoinment will take  roughly 2 and half  hours no kids or dogs at the appoinmtent

Aftercare 

Aftercare Instructions:

First 24 hours

• You should avoid water,oil,steam,humidity,excessive sweating 
• Avoid Touching the glue needs time to finish drying
• General Care
• While avoiding water is not necessary, extreme temperatures can cause fallout. For example, a sauna or steam room.
• Do not use oil based products on or near your eyes and extensions.(eyeliner, eye cream, lotion, foundation)
• Do not apply mascara to extensions.
• Sleep on your back to avoid smashing extensions.
• Do not use an eyelash curler on extensions.
• Do not pull or remove extensions.(Avoid rubbing your eyes. Be careful when taking contacts in and out.)
• Brush your extensions daily with your spoolie(especially after getting wet).
• Clean you extensions daily with the proper lash shampoo. Specific instructions will be listed below.
• Avoid direct heat on your extensions. (Blow dryer, smoking, oven.)

How to clean your lash extensions:
(You will need a soft tip makeup brush, spoolie, and foam lash shampoo. Aftercare Kits are sold at the studio.)

• Brush your extensions with your spoolie.
• Using your makeup brush, dip it into the lash shampoo, and brush in a downwards motions to remove dirt and oil from your extensions.(Your eye will be closed.)
• Rinse with cold water and repeat as necessary.
• Brush through your extensions with your spoolie until dry. (You may use a blow dryer on the COOL setting.)
