Refund Policy

Entrepreneur Development Academy

Program Tuition: $900

The Entrepreneur Development Academy is a structured training program that includes instructional hours, curriculum materials, instructor support, business development activities, and educational resources. Because resources are reserved for each participant upon enrollment, the following refund policy applies.

Enrollment Cancellation Before Program Start Date

Participants who cancel their enrollment 14 or more calendar days before the scheduled program start date may request a refund of tuition paid, less any non-refundable registration or administrative fees.

Cancellation Within 14 Days of Program Start Date

Cancellations made less than 14 calendar days before the program start date are not eligible for a full refund. A partial refund may be considered at the discretion of the program provider based on costs already incurred.

After Program Begins

Once the program has started, tuition payments are non-refundable due to the commitment of instructional time, program materials, curriculum access, and reserved enrollment space.

Withdrawal From Program

Participants who choose to withdraw after the first scheduled class session are not eligible for a tuition refund. Participants may request consideration for transfer into a future training session if circumstances prevent completion.

Missed Classes

Missed classes, absences, or failure to complete assignments do not qualify for a refund. Participants are responsible for meeting attendance and completion requirements.

Refund Request Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include:

• Participant name

• Date of enrollment

• Reason for refund request

• Supporting documentation (if applicable)

Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

Provider Rights

The program provider reserves the right to make final determinations regarding refunds, transfers, and exceptions based on individual circumstances and program requirements.
